Volunteers Needed!

Setup (May 12)

Festive decorations to be put up; rooms arranged for each indoor activity; minimal cleaning may be required to help create the party environment

Rented activities will be set up by game vendor

Electricians and handy men especially need to help set up generators

Times: May 12, 2:00-6:00 (need not volunteer whole time)

Transportation

Drive 15 passenger vans between Mirror Lake Middle School and Camp Carlquist; Pick up van from rental agency

Times: May 13, 10:00pm – 12:30am and May 14, 5:00am – 7:00am

Food Service

Assist in purchasing and/or staging food items; food service throughout the night in shifts

Security

Searching bags / coats before boarding shuttle vans; general chaperoning of party in shifts throughout the night

Activities

Vendors will run most of the activities, but we will provide assistance in shifts; possible needs include:

Karaoke
Spa: assist Mary Kay reps volunteers with foot water baths & signups)
Massage cabins: assist with signups
Casino: assist Elks Club volunteers
General monitoring/chaperoning
Fortune tellers
Indoor activity monitors (board games, ping pong)

Coat Check

Provide hold area for students to leave coats, bags and prizes; shifts throughout night

Prize Cabin

Deliver prizes to winners of raffles; shifts throughout night

Cleanup

Take down decorations; gather trash; light cleaning

Rented activities will be taken down by game vendor
